Our full-service wedding experience at Lodge Montagna is thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a seamless and beautiful celebration. Couples enjoy exclusive use of the property for up to ten hours on their wedding day, allowing ample time for on-site preparations, ceremony, reception, and celebration. From the moment you arrive, our team is focused on creating an effortless experience, one where every detail is handled with care and intention.
Each wedding includes a fully catered reception, a custom three-tier wedding cake, and professional bar service with a licensed bartender for up to four hours.
To support a smooth and stress-free weekend, couples are also provided time on-site for a rehearsal, scheduled either the evening before or on a date that works best for your timeline.
Floral Design, Seamlessly Included
Floral design is an integral part of the Lodge Montagna experience and is fully included in every wedding. Our complete floral package is designed to cover both personal florals and event styling, ensuring a cohesive and elevated look throughout the day. This includes bouquets for the bride and bridal party, boutonnieres and corsages, as well as ceremony and reception florals, thoughtfully designed to reflect your vision and enhance the natural beauty of the venue.
On-Site Preparation & Ceremony Spaces
Lodge Montagna offers private, climate-controlled dressing villas for both the bride and groom, allowing the wedding party to prepare comfortably on-site. The bridal villa features a personal lavatory, makeup counter, dressing area, and inviting parlor-style seating, while the groom’s villa offers a relaxed and functional space to prepare for the day. These dedicated spaces allow the celebration to unfold naturally in one location, keeping the timeline smooth and stress-free.
Ceremonies take place in our natural open-air sanctuary, surrounded by wooded views and designed to feel both intimate and timeless. White ceremony seating is provided, and couples also enjoy access to our covered deck, an ideal setting for cocktail hour, open-air gatherings, or a beautiful ceremony alternative.
